The starting point

During our first meeting, we will visit your premises and talk through the things that you would like us to take care of and how we can best help your business. We make sure we understand everything you need from your facilities management package to ensure we are covering all of the bases.

Propose solutions

We put together a fully tailored and bespoke proposal that suits all of the needs of the business perfectly. We outline all costs and exactly what is included, so there are no surprises.

Working with you, we review this proposal until you are completely happy we have everything covered.

Implementation

We schedule and organise all elements of the proposal. We ensure service intervals and inspections are kept up to date and compliant; cleaners are there when they are supposed to be, right down to your coffee beans being there ready for your Monday morning coffee.

We are your one point of contact, so you don’t need to worry about a thing.

Feedback

Every month you will receive a feedback form so you can not only sign off any work that has been completed, but discuss anything you would like to change, add or remove services or provide feedback on refinements that can be made.

We also undertake scheduled bi-annual reviews of your provision to ensure we are serving the needs of your business appropriately.
